These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Inbox Assistant (Personal) ("the App"). By connecting your Google Account and using the App, you agree to these Terms. The App is a personal, non-commercial tool intended for its owner's own use.
The App integrates with the Gmail API to let you read, search, organize, compose, and send email through a locally running assistant. It operates only on the mailbox of the account you authorize.
You must own or be authorized to access the Google Account you connect. You are responsible for all activity performed through the App on your account and for keeping your device and credentials secure.
The App relies on Google's Gmail API and OAuth 2.0. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's applicable terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Actions such as sending email are performed based on your instructions; you are responsible for reviewing content before it is sent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
You may stop using the App and revoke its access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. We may discontinue the App at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
