This Privacy Policy explains how Inbox Assistant (Personal) ("the App", "we", "us") accesses, uses, stores, and protects information obtained from your Google Account when you connect the App to Gmail. The App is a personal, single-user tool intended for its owner's own use.

1. Information we access

With your explicit consent via Google OAuth 2.0, the App requests limited access to your own Gmail account:

`gmail.readonly`	View your email messages, threads, and labels.
`gmail.compose`	Create, read, and update email drafts; send messages you approve.
`gmail.modify`	Apply labels and manage messages (for example, marking as read).

The App also receives your basic Google Account email address to identify the connected account.

2. How we use the information

Google user data is used solely to provide the email features you request inside the App, including reading, searching, organizing, composing, and sending your own email. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.

3. Storage and retention

OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored locally on your own device with restricted file permissions.
Email content is processed in memory to answer your requests. It is not copied to any external server operated by us.
We do not maintain a database of your email content. Data is retained only as long as needed to perform the requested action.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer your Google user data to any third party. We do not allow humans to read your data. Data is not used for advertising and is not used to train generalized AI/ML models. Data may be disclosed only if strictly required by law.

5. Google API Services — Limited Use

The App's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

Data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features of the App.
Data is not transferred to others except as necessary to provide the App, comply with law, or as part of a merger/acquisition with notice.
Data is not used for serving advertisements.
Humans do not read your data unless you give explicit consent, it is necessary for security (e.g., abuse investigation), or it is required by law.

6. Security

Access is protected by Google OAuth 2.0. Tokens are kept on your device and transmitted only over encrypted HTTPS connections to Google's APIs. You are responsible for the security of the device on which the App runs.

7. Your choices and control

You may revoke the App's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
You may delete the locally stored token file to disconnect the App immediately.
You may request deletion of any stored data by contacting us at the address below.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for a single adult owner's personal use.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
